I have a 2004 base crossfire, 80,000 miles. Took it to the car wash and shortly after, the anti theft went off on the way home. Tried disconnection of battery and re-connecting, nothing fixed. Tried resetting system, nothing fixed. Took it to a Chrysler dealer after having it for 4 days said the Remote safety module was bad. we took the fuse out for the siren out but still the lights flash on and off. The car starts and runs fine, just the flashing lights. Dealership said they could not get that part from Mercedes, because they are a chrysler dealer. Currently the car is in Farmington NM with the closest Mercedes dealer being 300 miles away. Any ideas on a fix for this??
