Default 100% E85 to 91 blends what can work

Been lurking on here for a few years for quick tech help and its been an great help. Quick of what we have is an 05 srt6 vertt bought a few years ago for my wife in an estate sell for cheap. It looked to be use as a drag race car, wide 15" wheel , dual exhaust pipes no muff ect. Took me some time to get it running again and when did it was loud as hell. To make it pass Ca smog i installed all 4 cats and installed an flowmaster dual in & out muff and its still on the loud side but wife likes it that way. The engine looked stock to me but thanks to this site i now know it has an 178mm pulley, sl55 cai, sl55 pump, blue bosh injectors. After we got it smogged and regestered it ran stronger that i we expected but it was a gas pig when use got on it and it seamed to lay down on the top end. That got me thinking it might of been tuned for race fuel and not ca 91 so i put an 50% mix e85 91 and it helped a little, then 40% it liked that better, then 30% and it can alive and have been driving it that way for a few years and it been fun as it can keep up for beat just about any street. It walks my n54 335is fbo e60 in an 1/4 dig but at an 60mph pull there about dead even with a slight nod to the n54 at very high speed. Anyway it got away from my wife and took out the oil pan sump so i have to replace it and do some minor body and paint to the front bumper so since it going in to the shop we decided to install an 65mm blower pulley and try to tune it for straight e85 or atleast e60 like my n54 as going from e30 to e60 woke my n54 up. Any help on what worked or did now work will be greatly appreciated.
