Wow i wish ours was close to that. When we first got it back on the road running pure 91 we would drive it to SD for the week ends and it would burn over a 1/2 tank in 180 esh mi of coarse 80% of that time it was running 80 mpg so some where around 20mpg. When i went to e30 mix i did not notice any millage loss at all and maybe a very slight increase. I have been running on e60 blend now for a few weeks with the bigger 660 injectors and its using more fuel but i have been running it fairly hard. It is definitly running strong i took it for test drive a few days ago on a long uphill road not to far from my home and as i turned right on to it a newer Audi rs6 was going way faster than the speed limit so i pulled up to him but when a got close he nailed it so i did also and easily cough up but then slowed down as i was worried about intake temp as it was right around 100 that day

Thanks for that. I have had the SRT6 about two years and only twice out on the open road ( to and from Eureka Springs). With all the traffic and road work and a few missed data points my best guess at the mpg is 26.2 but I use cruise control set about 72. My Limited will do 30+ mpg consistently with cruise at 72/73.

Ok i think my blower belt might be slightly slipping under max boost so i took it out yesterday early morning to try to listen for any belt slip. After a few wot pulls i am sure i heard a slight squeal but still see no rubber dust from the belt. Not sue how i am going to correct that but since the belt is old i am planning on replacing it with a slightly smaller one as i think i have just enough movement in the tensioner. Anyway while i was testing 2 new challengers pulled up on booth sides of me and wanted to play so i gave them a thumb and they booth nailed it and got a jump on me but it did not take long to catch and walk the one on my right but the one on the left keep it 1.5 car lead until we booth shut down. The one i was able to passed was an Ta 394 the other was a Hellcat. The hellcat driver gave me a big thums up as i did back. Honestly i dont know if he just played with me and keep that gap but i fell he was no it

Well the radiator started to leak so i flushed the cooling system and installed the new rad with new g50? antifreeze and that went well. Now after driving it 2days the idle some times would start getting ruff but would clean up with a little throttle. Now its slowly getting worse especialy when its first started. At first it idles great but as it idles for about 5 mins it starts to get ruff (Sound like the choke cable has been pulled if it had one) turn it off and back on and it idles smooth again for another 5 min and ruff. Once its up to temp the idle gets better but not correct. It runs excellent above 1500 cold or hot. When its up to temp most of the time it idles ok except when you drive it hard and come to a quick stop and some times is gets very ruff but no engine light ???? So i am thinking that the intercooler might have a slight leak now caused from me flushing the coolant system. This is bad timing as i need to get it smogged and if it start running ruff when testing it should not pass even with no engine light coming on. Also i had bad luck with the new 660cc injectors and had to replace 3 of them so far as they seeped fuel but its been running well for a few weeks before the radiator issue. Oh i also went down from e70 to e50 then e40 to see if that helped but no change. to idle. Any idea what's going on ???

It was colder out this morning than its been at 52 so i started it up and it idled good for about 2 min then went ruff and at the same time i noticed more vapor coming out the exhaust so turned it off and back on but it did the same. Fairly sure the intercooler is slightly leaking and now thinking back on things i believe a past owner used an stop leak to seal the intercooler leak and when i flushed the system i opened up the leak. So is there a better intercooler avil or just try to find an good used or new oem. Looked on ebay and found a few used but they do not say if they have been pressure tested so they would be a gamble.

Still working on leaking intercoolers so i decided to install the 2 350cc injectors into the blower intake. The install went super easy and with the new to me rebuilt injectors, dc drivers and adj hob switch's i have less than $200 out of my pocket. Plan for 1 350cc injector to start spraying e60esh around 15psi and the 2nd around 18psi. see pics

Also ordered an 3.17 or 80.75 mm throttle body and plan to make an adapter from some 7/16" thick composite sheet i already have. Looks like there will be just enough meat in the blower intake opening to enlarge to 81mm but its going to be close. If not i will make the adapter from alum and simply weld it on

Still looking for a good intercooler so i went ahead with the larger throttle body adapter install. It was easier that i thought it would be. I made the adapter out of alum scrap i had as i did not have a large enough scrap of composite. Still need to clean up the outer diameter of the adapter for looks but as you can see it fits. Not sure where they measure these throttle bodies for size but the throttle plate is 3.14+ a little hard to measure so i guess i will call it an 80mm. Also after i made the adapter i installed it on the blower intake and used my die grinder to open it up to 3 1/8" and port blend the intake. Good thing i use to port race heads so it was super easy. It took me about 6hr total to do this install all with hand tools, circular saw and drill press. I know its not an 83mm Tb but i feel it could of been done but would have to use Devcon epoxy at the intake & adapter seam for an for sure seal or weld it on
