Once you get the E85 set where you are happy with performance, please lets us know what mpg you get. The standard differential on the SRT6 is 3.03 and you feel yours may be a bit higher, non the less I would be interested in what you are getting on the street. My Limited can do 30+ cruising at 70mph and the SRT6 is down around 27 mpg.
