UPDATE ... filed claim with Insurance Agent Sept 21. have received a call from main office asking for any photos of rear window with damage (falling out) ... dummy me did not think about taking photos, that won't happen again ... this has slowed down the process a little while service providers are contacted to confirm condition of rear window ... make a note - ALWAYS TAKE PHOTOS
