EXACTLY what 'lights' are coming on? "Dash lights" to me means backlighting, but I get the idea you don't mean backlighting.
This kinda sounds like a failing Traction Control relay or similar issue with the RCM - but the idea it clears by restarting the car kinda blows that idea.
P0335 & P0600 All lights, like battery, seat belt, engine light, etc....but the BAS ESP will stay on until we restart the engine. Everyone of them will come on and go off, like flickering on and off the entire time until....again....a restart then all stop. RPM fluctuates where u can here it and feel it in the power, like if it raises u hear it and if it lowers u hear it but also feel the power difference too if that makes any sense at all....lol. but I'd we come to a stop the car will stay locked in 1st gear and if luckily it shifts to second, it will be stuck there in second...until again....restart then it's fine for a while...
