The YaTour box is a plug and play unit as long as you have the Infinity Navigator head unit. You also have iPhone call interface through the radio using the provided mic input cord, caller vice voice over the radio. I too didn’t want to change the stock Infinity look, however I do use a iPhone mount that inserts into the cd slot to hold the phone. Once you Bluetooth pair the phone to the YaTour, it’s good to go. The radio shows CD1 Track1 being used. I placed the YaTour box behind the radio where there’s plenty of space.
