Just why do you think we've gone to such measures to post SO MUCH information on fixing issues with the top?
Its because there is no factory support for this car anymore, hasn't been in over ten years.

MOST top issues are not all that hard to fix, PROVIDED you have the information contained on this forum.
Perhaps the worst, common issue is when the CLP/SSM gets wet - in those cases, you must replace the CLP/SSM as well as the last 1-2 feet of the wiring harness going to it. MOST of the time, it's not all that involved, altho I know of one top that three of us have spent hours on - we all gave up, sadly.
