Now,
Unseat the tabs marked with yellow arrows. Pull off the inner 'lid'.
At the left side of the box, pry between the fuse carrier and the front of the box and lift the fuse carrier out, left (front) end first.
(This carrier is what all those fuses are seated in, LOTS of wires underneath, only pull it up as far as you need to, to clear the pulse module.)
The Pulse Module is about where the red box is, part of it hides under the fuse carrier, so ya gotta yank the carrier out.
Pry the cover off the module....
There will be two relays. One switches power to the SRT circulation pump. The other is the starter relay - your car will have both even if it is not an SRT.
I cant remember which is which, but when you move the right one, the starter WILL engage.
