Did you replace the sockets that plug into the pump? As the originals get corroded and fail to make contact, you have to buy a pump with the sockets on pigtails so you can splice the replacement sockets to the loom and dump the original sockets.
If you are using the old sockets you need to inspect them for corrosion and clean them. Then see if the grey manifold outlets are giving you air pressure and a so called vacuum.
I hope you have not buttoned it all up yet.
The yellow air lines are vinyl and get brittle over time, if any break they should be replaced with ones made of urethane or at least a piece of urethane line spliced into the broken area. The breaks appear where the line is flexed often, doors and hatch.
