Central locking pump issue
Hello everyone.
So I just replaced the central locking pump on my 2005 crossfire.
For some reason the doors will not lock & unlock although I can hear it clicking and the lights will turn off and on like they’re supposed to. All the other issues I was having have been solved.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.
Jeff

Sorry to be so vague.
Did you replace the sockets that plug into the pump? As the originals get corroded and fail to make contact, you have to buy a pump with the sockets on pigtails so you can splice the replacement sockets to the loom and dump the original sockets.
If you are using the old sockets you need to inspect them for corrosion and clean them. Then see if the grey manifold outlets are giving you air pressure and a so called vacuum.
I hope you have not buttoned it all up yet.
The yellow air lines are vinyl and get brittle over time, if any break they should be replaced with ones made of urethane or at least a piece of urethane line spliced into the broken area. The breaks appear where the line is flexed often, doors and hatch.

I have the same exact issue, click the remote, lights flash but no lock or unlock doors. I need to check the switch inside the cabin. At one time I believe it worked.
BCM - Body Control Module <- that's in the same location as the RCM (relay control module) correct?
I have checked my locking pump and it SEEMS to work. What is a good diagnosis path to start checking?

.
The problem is corrosion on the original plugs.
