I’m going to try my best to explain this. Every so often, I’ll go to start my car, everything is fine until I turn the key to start the engine, then all electrical is cut to the car. The only fix to this that I have been able to find was touching the positive battery terminal. This would shock my finger just a little, and all electrical would return, and the car would start as normal. This problem happens randomly, no pattern I’ve been able to detect

With my very little electrical knowledge, is this a ground issue? I have never heard of a car doing this
