I'm attempting to remove my EGR valve but the EGR tube is stuck in the EGR assembly. I've watched a couple of videos and once the nut is removed, it should slide right out. I can rotate the valve and tube a few degrees but discovered that the collar B is stuck in the fitting C and the rotation is happening between A & B. I put a couple of drops of penetrating oil between B and C but it's not budging.

Any advice, other than just keep wiggling and pulling on it?
