What is your exact problem?

The 'blend doors' are behind the A/C control head. You remove the trim and take out the control head (research this first do not pry with a trim tool before following the steps or you'll break things), then after you pull out the head, the two shafts behind it (that match the holes on the back of the head) are the shafts for the blending of the air through the ductwork. THEY are KEY SLOTTED so do not turn them or the head ***** OR you'll have to correct them before you match them up during reinstallation of the control head. The shafts on the blend doors are swivel-able, so they must be carefully matched (while holding the head and slipping hand behind the head to line the two up). This is why they must be lined up before doing the reinstall of the head since you cannot turn them by hand easily with the head in the way. If you remove them, you have to be careful they line up after putting the head back in. Good luck!
