Wheel speed sensor or bad battery or badly corroded battery connections.

Does your battery look like this:


ANYTHING about the electrical system that causes unstable voltage or electrical noise can cause the wing to stand up and that light to blink.
I usually tell people to replace the battery and clean the battery posts FIRST. IF that does not help, then look at wheel speed sensors or the brake controller.
