I am in agreement with everything.
I believe The pulley failed as can be seen in the lightened image.
Disassembly is the next step to see what other damage it did when it acted like a crazed weed wacker with metal arms flailing about.
An oem replacement pulley and then a crank set to bring it in line with the tune is what my future holds.
