If you are going to ask for technical advice, you have GOT to be clear about what is going on with the car.

YOu cannot expect us to put more effort into this than you do, please be clear when posting about any technical issue.

THis is what I got from what you posted:
BAS/ESP light on
Spoiler light is blinking
Top does not work
Wing does not work

I think it's time to yank the trim from the trunk area, unplug ALL connectors from the CLP/SSM in the passenger rear wheel well, and look for water intrusion. You are looking for corrosion/mold/water damage to the connector pins. If you find that, tear the CLP/SSM cover off and see how bad the circuit board is.

If you do find water damage, you must replace the CLP/SSM and the last few feet of all the cables, so you get new connectors and pins to go with the new CLP/SSM.

If you find no water damage, we can move on from there.
