The highlighted part I’d reflow for safe measure but it’s definitely not the worst I’ve seen. MHO I’d check your relays in you RCM first to make sure everything is copacetic. Also if you’re suspecting a SKREEM there’s reportedly been some success with the Possible SKREEM Fix procedure. Onehundred80 made a nice PDF for all to reference. Good luck fella.
