Random NO START
Im in Chicago visiting my grand daughter. can't spend much time on here, but checking all those grounds is a waste of time.
The paths you are worried about are:
From the battery positive terminal to the starter.
From the battery ground terminal to the chassis.
The jumper from the block to chassis (behind power steering pump).
That is the high current path you are now concerned with. At least you are close to the problem.
Look in the service manual, Chapter 8 (wiring). Look at both starting and charging systems and you will see how it's wired.
I"m starting to think the starter or solenoid is at fault, rare as that it.
Now, one more thing. Do this:
1) Turn on headlights.
2) Press the relay.
If you get a click AND the lights dim way down, look for corrosion or other high-resistance issues in the ground or positive cables.
If the lights do not dim down, I'd look back at the starter/solenoid.

Did pizzas suggested tests no dimming issues so all seems well with the grounds. I finally got this thing out and made a video on some things that confused me in the manual. I’m going to pickup my new one and install in the next hour I’ll keep you guys updated much love to the forum!
Starting to get a tad nervous bench tested the starter and it seems alright? (Edit) confirmed my battery is at 100% compared the bench test to others online and it seems the starter is actually bad it is spinning REALLY slow.

Put the new starter in and we fired right up! Thanks so much to this forum and all the great knowledge here! I’ll post the video I made earlier incase anyone was wondering!
Did you use a rebuilt starter or which one did you use?

Thanks buddy this forum is the only thing keeping this car alive! I actually just purchased a remanufactured one because I was in a hurry. There’s a local shop that rebuilds these dirt cheap 20-60$ I just didn’t have the time. I think it was like 180$ and 40$ core.
Me too, hard to believe with only 50k miles. Couldn’t have done it without your help thanks pizza! Now if I get this central locking unit under control I’ll be in business.
