Thank you all for support and valuable answers - highly appreciate. Regarding heating I have disassembled duo valve and found that one of valve simply stacked - lubricant and some force help me solve issue completely and hope forever. However there is still problem with blower fan - it is operating as follow (no matter what regime is selected "HEAT" or "COOL"):

1. once start engine and turn on fan **** within 3 second fan begins to operate as normal
2. after 1 minute it is stops for next 5-10 minutes
3. operation return to normal for next 1 minutes and stops again for 5-10 minutes
4. after this "preheating" fan become working at normal (even if I turn off fan or turn off engine and then start it again)

it is seems that something should be "preheating" before normal operation. Could you please help?
