Everything is back together except for the two screws at very back that secures the foot guard. Just can't find the alignment for the screws to grab. After cutting off the tabs at the top of the bezel, and breaking two tabs left and right of it, the bezel went right on and seems to be tight. The bezel tabs are very brittle from the age of the car.
