I ON the back of the instrument panel, check for pulsing voltage at C1 pin 1A with the turn signal activated. If you see no pulse, the issue is in the console switch group or harness. If you see the pulse, the problem is in the Instrument panel.
Uh oh! Sounds like the dash has to be removed! How about I just ignore it, as I have for the past 4 months, and just remember to turn off the signal when making a left lane change or other drivers honking at me all the time! LOL
