So, thanks to Jeff K in Greenville (He has an SRT that won't start, not the SKREEM, RCM or Battery) I had to dig into the car a bit. I have now decoded the Pulse Module's internal parts and external connections. I've wondered how that damn thing works for over ten years, now I know.

I see another tech help paper in my future: "What to do when the car won't start and it's not the "Mystery No Start", that is, it's not the SKREEM or RCM or Battery".
I guess I need a shorter title....................

We are seeing more and more cars refuse to start due to issues other than SKREEM or RCM. Jeff's is one of them. Last one I fought had a bad clutch interlock switch, but Jeff's is an automatic (of course).
I suspect we will know what's going on in a few days, when he gets time to take my information from today and apply it.
