Thanks Zip 439. Yesterday Evening, after watching wire diag, and look the car, I found the pulse modul, without be sure it was this.
With you link, I'm now sure and could check tension in this relay.
If I'm right, I could launch starter when I'm on RUN position key + engage this relay :

Yesterday evening, I remove look barrel to control it. It 've been change before car stop starting. To be sure, I decide to controle it (will be done this evening).

Service manual was a dream and nightmare in same time (english ...)
