The Rear Speakers have to be energized by the Infinity Amp under the PS footwell. Per the wiring diagram referenced earlier in this thread and GregWork's write-up I attached earlier, you have to send power to the amp via PIN #5 in the OEM Harness Connector. Not sure which wire in your stereo head's harness needs to be used, but there has to be one available to do this.
I've got some of the same issue with the Pyle aftermarket stereo head I installed a year back or so. I'm too lazy to take the stereo head out of the upper console & modify the wiring connections. Having the rear subwoofers working isn't an issue I'm hung up about.
