Thanks for the response dedwards0323, that looks like the adapter cable Crutchfield sent me....but my question is----why didn't they use the preamp out of the radio for the subwoofer....I haven't removed the Infinity HU yet but I'm assuming it uses the preamp to feed the amp....that's what I am trying to duplicate. I'm not an expert on the wiring of the aftermarket stereos used by many of us. I do know that the BL/DG (Blue / Dark Green) wire needs to be wired to whatever wire exists in your stereo harness that will send power to the Infinity Amp.
Pizzaguy is probably your best resource for this issue. Hopefully, he will respond as he's part of this thread. I'll be interested also in what he says.
