I still remember watching the Service Advisor connecting to the OBD2 & looking for any codes that were generated. When I asked him what he was doing, he told me he was looking for any problems I might be having with the car. I told him there were no other problems with the car and that there were no codes generated because I looked before I came to the dealer that morning. Then I told him I was there for an appointment to have the airbag replaced and they needed to focus all their attention on doing that required service without impacting anything else on my 2007 Coupe.
