OK what happened was they pulled the recall and gave it back to me with the air bag light on. Gave me the spiel about was already on and not their problem until I showed the picture idling at the dealer with the same ODO and the light off.

Expect it helped that I had bought my Grand Cherokee (with lifetime warranty) there a few years before. Still have.
