My only problem with that - if I am going to rip that assembly out, I intend to fix it for good. I have done a lot of "Sticky keys" and it's not too hard once you learn how to do it, maybe getting to the Multifunction-switch (stalk/switch) isn't all that bad, but it sure SOUNDS like it's an awful task.
