TO troubleshoot this you will need a voltmeter and and a clip-lead jumper. Measuring the voltage at the two wires at the BCM while the turn signals are activated will help isolate where the trouble is. This will tell you if it is BEFORE or AFTER the BCM. Once you know that, you know where to look next. If before, the Hazard switch is suspect, if AFTER, the multifunction switch is suspect.
