I don't think ROb has them but I may be wrong. I ordered this one:

There is ONE fuse on it that must be 20amp in our cars but is 15 amp in this module. Transplant the fuse from the old to the new (actually, mine runs with the 15A fuse, but just to be sure.....)

The new one needs no re-furb.
