I wouldn't think so, as long as police report states other driver was a fault. Hopefully, you had a police report generated from the accident. Minor "fender bender" between owners gets more difficult to prove who was at fault. A lot of insurance firms don't really care which driver was at fault if it's not documented under an official police report.
