Depends on how the car is programmed. My car is programmed that ONE press of either LOCK or UNLOCK activates ALL locks. In this case, it does not matter how you plumb it, as all ports act the same.
IF pressing the button twice does not open all doors, I'd say the CLP/SSM is bad or you have a leaky hose somewhere.
