Last summer the aluminum 64MM pulley, that came with my car when I bought it, failed. Luckily minor damage only, so I was lucky. I just ordered a 64MM IBF pulley from the fellow in Poland. I've seen good reports on the quality, but I will be sure to keep and eye on it. I have only driven the car about 1000 miles per year so far (total miles just a hair over 15000) so I would think inspecting it once/twice a year would be plenty. Thanks again for getting back to me.
