Use this link to locate an independent, reputable M-B service shop in your area. As others have stated, Chrysler Dealers are no longer interested and/or supportive of the Crossfire. And Mercedes-Benz dealers typically won't work on the cars probably driven by some jealous attitude due to the Crossfire being a better looking vehicle than the comparable M-B SLK320 series from 2001 to 2004 (MHO). And to back up my position on this point, some years back I tried to buy Crankcase Breather Cover screws; 1st from a Chrysler Dealer (which ended up being too long) & then from the local Mercedes-Benz Dealer Parts Counter. When I told the attendant at the M-B Parts Counter I needed the screws for my 2007 Crossfire, he refused to sell me the screws! I've never been back for anything and/or to look at any of the car inventory.
