Every state is different, heck every street address and zip code is different and a lot goes into insurance rating factors but to pay $700 for a vehicle from 2005 is absurd. Something is wrong there under normal circumstances.

He listed his residence as Amesbury. I believe that is a town & civil parish located in Wilshire, England. Insurance is a lot different over there! I recognized the name because Stonehenge is located in that parish.
But he did state paying in 'dollars', so maybe he is located in Amesbury, MA. And his User Profile states he lives in the US. I was really hoping for Stonehenge!
