Anyone here own a roadster with some sort of bass setup (like a sub box) in their trunk?

I've been told that the vibrations won't get through to the cab (passenger) area due to a metal sheet between the seats and the trunk in the xfire roadster, but i want to hear what you guys have done if you've gotten any extra oomph.
