It's easy to replace if you look at the instructions in the link ZERACER supplied.
It looks like you can just gently up your shifter boot using a plastic trim tool. Then you can gently pry up and pull back the plastic piece with the switches in it. You should be able to disconnect the switch from there and replace it with a new one.
DAMN! I was thinking about the TOP SWITCH.
