That looks like it could be the old Key Buick location. I purchased an Opel GT 1.9 from them back in 1969. Inflation has been rampant. I think I paid $2,900 for that car and it was a ton of fun. It is amazing what a 102 horsepower would do back then.
Cars were much lighter way back then, especially a tiny Opel GT. There's a channel on Youtube that explains how to adapt a Bosch multi-point fuel-injection system to the early 1970s Opel engine, the type of FI so many European cars used circa 1990.
