I installed a 10" kenwood sub in my trunk and it works great. I jumpered the top cover micro switch so I could leave the top cover in the folded position which seems to help. The only problem I have is my wife complains about no trunk space. It's not that big of deal, we only use the car for pleasure on nice sunny days.
