I ordered a Relay Control Module from Needswings a week or two ago. Last Sunday, my engine shut down on the way to church. After about 5 minutes I was able to restart and went on to church. When I pulled into my driveway it shut down again. I tried restarting every couple of hours for the following week. I disconnected the battery, installed the new RCM, and the car immediately refired . . . no problems for the past couple of days. This week I will re-solder my old RCM, check to make sure it is now working, and will have a spare. During the week I never could here the fuel pump activating, so I now also have a spare pump and spare filter. It was disappointing to have these problems. I had planned on attending a gathering of Crossfires next month in Tennessee, but parts for the car had to come first.
