I am a new 06 Crossfire Coupe owner. My coupe has the base fabric seats. If you really have a Base model, you have black, manual, cloth seats - most comfortable seats in the Crossfire lineup and a MAJOR reason I own an SE (which is a Base Roadster with Red Paint). The SRT seats are not bad, but the Limited seats in the Crossfire are very uncomfortable.
Swaps with the SLK320 have been done. Look at threads in the 'Interior" forum for details, this forum is for Coupe specific issues, seats are the same in Coupe and Roadster.
