There is two rubber plugs on the forward side of each 'bay', one on each side. Before you put everything back together, poke a hole (or like I did, slice an 'X' in each with a razor blade) in each. This will allow each side to drain any water out. You'll also have to find out where the water is coming from, and fix that as well. Once you replace a foot or so of each cable, and you bought a working CLPM, you should be back in service with that system. Good luck!
