i found that my problem was the cooling fan inside the ecu box shot. Causing the the back fuse to keep blowing taking out a wide range of functions for the car. I removed the ecu fan and replace the fuse and it works perfect.
Curious, did you replace that fan in the bottom of the box? That fan keeps all those electronics cooler in that box, with air from the cabin.
