It amazed me. The lady said, "

Now, to be honest, when I bought the SE in FLorida, I lived in FOrsyth County and they taxed me at 1/2 the rate of what I'd have paid buying the car IN the State. So you see, it seems there is no "hard and fast rule" as the COUNTY is taxing you, not the STATE (in Georgia, that is.)
