Any ground issues? There is a ground wire from the battery to the fender and another near the steering stabilizer. That bolts to the frame and transmission. Check to see if they're very corroded or loose. Since that relates to the cars security, maybe it's something with CLPS or SKREEM?
I'll be working on my car later. I'll try my fob just for the heck of it and follow my wiring to see if any ideas come to mind. I'm not great with wiring, but maybe I'll get an idea. @pizzaguy or @tighed1 are great with electronics. Maybe they will see this thread and jump in.
By the way what car do you have? Mine is a 2006 base roadster with a manual transmission. Any info helps.
