re: SKREEM Turn Signal Flasher Relay Issue
If NEITHER the front or rear turn signal on the one side of the car blinks on SKREEM activation, I'd suspect the remote keyless entry relay. It is clear the SKREEM is doing its' job as is your key FOB.
Most likely cause: The relay is not outputting power to the right side signal lamps.
Yank the relay out, and reinsert it, maybe the contacts are just corroded. If that does not do it, find a new relay.
It could be a bad connection at S217 or SKREEM pin 5, but I seriously doubt that - relays are mechanical devices and they DO fail.
That is NOT a standard 30 amp automotive relay, do not just order a generic relay. A standard relay is a SPST:
You want a DPST:
Notice that the usual relay has an "87a" terminal, but a DPST relay has an "87b" terminal. These relays are not hard to find, they are damn near IMPOSSIBLE to find. Find a parts car if you need one.
