I took mine out of the trunk years ago and replaced it with a plug kit. I would not have used it anyway as it causes too much mess and damage to the sensor.
I have had two flats with my Crossfires, one was a screw and I fixed it with a plug. The other was a slash in the sidewall and a new tire fixed that.
