Have taken a look and it seems the section of the dash holding the passenger air vent by the door is a bit loose. I can move it just so and replicate the squeak. Cannot see exactly where its coming from but somewhere in behind it. Is it easy to remove that part and re-attach more tightly?
Is this the vent you're talking about? (see pictures). If so the foam may have deteriorated like in the picture. If so you might have to remove it and wrap new insulating foam around it.
