I pulled off the cowl and a few lines , could not see any thing out of ordinary. I did try to blow thru drivers side with no luck , are the nozzles replaceable ? Any thoughts ???

Have you tried spraying with just the feed hose and nothing attached, just to see if the fluid comes out of the feed hose?
The parts are replaceable or you can clean them. I think it's section 8R-30 in the service manual.
The part number is 5099970AA (This is the heated version with the wires).
